VRSF - 50/50 feeling
Order placed on April 4th, showing shipped on 9th. Call on the 12th bc that was the estimated arrival date. Fedex tells me they initiated the package but was never sent out.
I PM Thiago on the 12th, he responsds within 2 hours (seems like super fast communication) He responds "Dang, looks like my guy who processed this may not have printed the label I'll have a set sent out immediately first thing tomorrow morning. I'm really sorry for the delay man! " Cool, no problem.......people are human. But since that PM I got ZERO response from Thiago (2 PM's , one friday, one yesterday) Getting no response from email sent last week on friday or yesterday. (sales@vr-speed.com) Phone number listed on website never gets answered, have called numerous times throghout they day last friday and yesterday/today. If the downnpipes I ordered get here this week all is well, but right now since I"m not able to get a response from them I don't know what to expect from them. Especially since the tracking number I was given is still showing as it being "initiated" and still not shipped out. |

Just literally got email of new tracking number. Will update with arrival, since this new tracking number isn't showing anything in the FedEx system yet

I have delt with Thiago before when I had an Evo, he is a very honest straight up guy. The bolts that my Evo downpipe came with were there wrong thread size so he overnighted me a set that fit.
I wouldn't worry! I just got my VRSF downpipes last thursday, installed them saturday, needless to say once you install them you will be happy!

Talked to thiago yesterday, they closed shop early on Friday and had Monday off for patriots day (like 3 states honor it....lol.). That was the reason for delay in communication.
FedEx is showing arrival date of Friday, hope so......plan to .install Saturday to go to dyno meet the following week. |
