Rate my Lease Offer

I don’t have the official offer but here is the numbers the salesman told me

2024 iX xDrive50
MSRP: $97,545
Selling price: $87,545
36 months / 15,000 miles
Money factor: 0.00073
Residual: 50%
Rebate: $10,400
Fees: $2,448.50
Security deposit: $0
Down payment: $0
Taxes: $0 (this is what I am confused on. I am in Texas and normally we have to pay the fulls sales tax up front on leases. He told me there is an incentive that is wiping them out??)
Finance charge: $3,397.04

Drive off cash: $975.39

Monthly Payment: $975.39

Is there a good deal for Texas or can I do better? 🧐

Did you check the Edmunds forum for the 2024 iX to see if you’re getting the accurate residual and the base (non marked up) MF for your area? With the 2025 models out, I would think you could do better than a 10% discount on a 2024. This is the discount % many were getting on a 2024 when there was no 2025 yet.

I didn’t check the Edmunds forum. I’ll see if I can find it.

Thank you. Anyone get more than 10% off on a 2024 iX recently?

Go to leasehackr and look at the recent deals there. Put yours in the calculator, if you’re under a 8-9 yr score, not a great deal for these cars.

Double check on the Edmunds forum for your zip code but it looks like your money factor is marked up.

Check this thread - https://bmwi.bimmerpost.com/forums/s....php?t=2041154 and this particular post - https://bmwi.bimmerpost.com/forums/s...&postcount=319. It seems like lease brokers are getting 11% off MSRP.

% off msrp is one factor. You have to consider them all, hence the calculator.

8.3 isn’t terribly amazing, but not completely awful.

Getting close to or over 10 is a good goal. But if you come close and are happy, c’est la vie.

Good to know. My deal was on a ‘23 demo in March. So my experience may be skewed.

I think we were a 9.6-9.7 or so.

$99050 MSRP, 12% discount, $9900 BMW contribution, bought down the MF with MSDs, $3400 OOP (including first month), I don't recall the RV, want to say 51%.

36 / 10K miles (we have very low use, couldn't probably done 7500, but having the extra buffer in case we get road trip happy is nice).

$825/mo including tax (with the transport and broker fees the effective discount was really 11%).

What's the MF on the lease? Did you look at max MSDs?

As per my post below MSDs give you a very good return on your investment, so I highly recommend using them!

This isnt a terrible deal on the iX given your market and TX tax law
