Surprised that Motorwerks in MN didn't make the list. Top notch for all the vehicles I have bought from them and for their service. Andrew Nylin is the man!

My salesman and friend is the top selling M salesman in the nation for the last 2 years, but his store will never get a COE because they won’t put following BMW’s metrics to the letter their sole objective. Guess what, that store is very well regarded in its region and much better regarded than its direct competitor who is on this COE list.
Your profile says you are located in South Florida, out of curiosity, which dealership are you referring to?

Are these awards based on the Sales and after sales survey data the Dealer asks new vehicle buyers to respond too, and then gets all upset if you don't rate the salesman and sales experience a "10" for everything? Heck, I was even 'told' to give them survey ratings of = "10".

United bmw in Alpharetta is the best. Good pricing and efficient deals. Eddie just sold me an X5M and shipped it to me in FL.

It happened during the launch. they had an M2 on display. I mentioned that I was looking for a local BMW dealer to build a long-term relationship with. When they asked for $10K over MSRP for the M2, they made it clear: “We don’t want to do business with you.” So, I found a great dealer in Georgia instead. Since then, I’ve purchased an M5 CS and an M3 CS from them, and I’m likely going to get the M2 CS as well all with no markup.
If your goal is to build a lasting relationship with a loyal customer, you don’t ask for a markup. It’s about business acumen and long-term strategy.

Just bought a car from BMW of Westchester in White Plains, NY. They were awesome!

BMW of Pittsburgh (formerly P&W BMW) is also very good. Brayden is the salesperson I dealt with. Ultimately didn’t buy a car from him but he was super.

Didn't buy my car there but used them for multiple service appts and happy with the way they treated me.

Would be interested to know what the criteria is for being a Center of Excellence?

Interesting, seems like quite the distance to order some cars but maybe not if you’re getting a CS model. I know IL dealers are a hit or miss.

The local dealers had asked me $15k more for an M3CS.

BMW of Bridgewater? I took my car there a couple of times and the service seemed questionable. Once they said they wanted to replace one of my wheels and could do so for ~$400. I said, "really, those aren't BMW wheels on my car". They double checked and said "never mind". The last time was to replace one of the power window actuators which they did. Recently, though, that window came off the arm and when I took to my mechanic (no more dealers) he was shocked to find actual trash inside the door. He asked who on earth had worked on the door - Bridgewater BMW.

Visited Tully BMW in Nashua today horrible experience, they wanted a $3000 non refundable deposite on a 330i order, no refund if price changed because of tariffs. This was after wasting my time pushing me to buy an in stock model I told them I didn't want.

Happy to see Valencia BMW on the list. I had a good experience there, better than with other dealerships in my area.

Tulley is the worst. Don’t know where you are located but both BMW of Stratham and BMW of Westbrook (Portland Maine) are far better. Zack Plourd in Westbrook is who I bought my current M3 from and would honestly just skip the BS and drive up there and deal with him on next one. Worth driving a few hours to work with competent, passionate people. He’s a G80 owner himself and anticipated all my requests/questions/etc.

Not a single bay area dealership, lol.

Anyone have a side by side chart with overall sales / volume vs best 25?

Everybody here is looking at if from a consumer point of view, yet customer feedback is only a portion of what BMW NA inputs into the equation to determine "Center of Excellence". What corporate sees as excellence may not be what you see.

Don't feel bad, one of my local dealers is currently asking $20k over MSRP for a 2025 M4CS.
