Shipping will likely be $300-600 open. Just a guess.

Ashleigh at Autocompanion & smithf80 at IAC both are great brokers. Consult with them both. Dec is around the corner so you can wait to see if BMWFS has any surprise to be an even better Santa.

BMW just improved the lease incentives a few days ago, so they are extra stupid cheap now.

Haven't gotten any dealers in NJ close to that yet. Might end up using a broker. Though I'm also tempted to see if BMW drops the MF on the M60 in December to match, not that there's much inventory.

I can also endorse working with Scott Smith. You will get a great, hassle free, deal and he will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

My local dealer made me a decent lease offer on an M60, but that was before these latest improvements offered by BMW, so I'm going to have to revisit. The reason I declined it before is because it's black on black with the Amido leather, which is not a color combo I'd like, although I'm impartial to the leather.

That said, $121k MSRP, 12% discount, $9900 rebate, and they wanted $1,194/mo for 36 months at 10k miles. However, they also listed $5k down, which I'm not about to do.

the thing I don't like about this dealer right now is that the salesperson refuses to tell me what the MF rate is. That seems a little shady, doesn't it? Maybe it's just me. But this particular M60 has been sitting on their lot for a little bit, which makes me think it may be worth pushing them for a better rate. I care more about how much I spend than I do the colors overall.

for sure they are marking up MF or not letting you pay things up front. If you did MSDs you should be less than that with $0 extra capital down, just all taxes and fees up front and the MSDs and first payment for drive off. The 12% is decent though for sure. Get that MF, it should be base and then you can take more off for MSDs.

I tried to back into the numbers using the Lease HACKR calculator, and that does not look like a great deal.

I got a $1,108 month lease with the following inputs:
  • $121K MSRP
  • $106K after discount
  • $9,900 taxed lease incentive
  • $5K cap reduction
  • 6.25% tax
  • 52% residual
  • 0.00151 money factor (the max a dealer could do under the old program)

The new lease buy rate is 0.0005. If I plug that into the calculator, with 7 MSDs, and eliminate the $5K cap cost reduction, I get to a $1,020/month payment. I would definitely hit that!

Just got a call from my dealer. After putting the deposit down back in September, he said the iX car is on its way to the dealership and is expected to arrive Monday (Dec 4). He said that given that lease promotion expires November 30, I should sign the paperwork by tomorrow (Nov 30), despite not having the car in hand yet.

I had 0.00111 MF and 53% Residual (10K/3 years) back in September. Assuming he honors the 0.0005 MF and 54% residual, should I do it?

What do you think? Better to sign/lock in the November deal despite not having the car yet, or wait to see what December offers and sign the lease docs when I pick up the car?

Talk to smithf80 , he is having great inventory to choose from and you could definitely benefit since you are in the NE and if you don't lets exchange our homes because I would totally want his east coast deals . And we can swap back after I get mine

Also, if BMW persists with rates next month (which they most likely would) you would still get your deal. Please talk to smithf80 he is best broker if not one of the best.

Also try to put your deal into lease hackr calculator.

Buddy just one issue new buy rate is only valid for iX xDrive50 and not M60 model. But hold your horses they may apply that to M60 in Dec

I have another lease offer now, for an xDrive50, not the M60... MSRP is 101,450, 10% off, then $9,900 credit. 54% residual and MF of 0.0009. $2,500 due at signing and $920/mo. That seems pretty good. Leasehakr score is like 9.2 years.

the hardest part now is parting with the Rivian. It's been like an abusive girlfriend for me. It's wonderful when things are good, but when things break (and oh my do they break) it's just the worst experience I've ever had owning a "new" vehicle.

Isn’t the money factor down to .00005 now? How many miles a year?

Yes. JGard's MF represents a 0.0004 dealer markup - the maximum they are allowed.

Well and it turned out that iX was sold! So I was just quoted another one, it's also a MY24 xDrive50, but comes with more stuff, MSRP is $102,500 or so. $2,500 DAS and. $899 including tax. Even better! I'm just asking him to verify it has the "new" hardware and can get iDrive 8.5, and if so, I'm going to take it (because it was build in March 23, and annoyingly it also has almost 400 miles on it already)
